孕期准妈妈补充维生素,补充的种类你清楚吗?

孕妇对维生素的需求量较大,这是因为孕妇要承担供给自己和胎儿的需要量,此外维生素还发挥着其他的作用,如维生素A缺乏或过多皆可导致出生缺陷;孕期缺维生素D会使胎儿骨骼发育异常,出现新生儿的先天性佝偻病等等。所以孕期需要合理地补充维生素,但不宜过量。
孕期补充维生素,提倡优先选择食物。一般在早孕时期(怀孕的前12周)是胎儿器官发育最为活跃的阶段,这时服用药物,包括服用过量的维生素,会对胎儿产生很大危害。如果一定要补充维生素制剂,建议在怀孕4-6个月后进行,选择服用的维生素要慎重,最好在医生的指导下服用孕妇专用的维生素制剂。
维生素A

含有维生素A较多的食物有黄绿色蔬菜、动物肝脏、河螃蟹、蛋黄、奶酪等。其中鸡肝的含量最多。
维生素B

含维生素B丰富的食物有花生仁、葵花籽、黄豆、小米、蘑菇、标准面粉,瘦猪肉、猪肝、猪心、蔬菜等。
维生素C

维生素C主要来源是新鲜蔬菜和水果,如绿色和红、黄色的辣椒、菠菜、西红柿、韭菜、柑橘,红果、柚子、草莓、橙等。野生的蔬菜和水果如苋菜、刺梨、沙棘、猕猴桃和酸枣等维生素C含量较高。
维生素D
牛奶、猪肝、鱼肝油等维生素D含量较高。
维生素E
麦胚油、棉子油、玉米油、花生油及芝麻油等含量较高,大部分绿色植物都含有此种维生素,肉、奶油、蛋、鱼肝油中也存在。
维生素K
在日常生活中,维生素K广泛存在于绿叶蔬菜和动物肝脏中,如莴苣、酸菜、紫甘蓝、萝卜缨、白菜、菠菜、菜花、动物肝脏、大豆、紫菜、鹌鹑肉、蛋黄、燕麦、小麦、黑麦、大豆鱼肝油等。
